Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Seb Maher ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to every order placed through the site. By completing a purchase you confirm that you accept them. If you have a question before ordering, please use the contact page.
2. The prints
All works are limited-edition fine-art prints, made to order and produced by a professional UK-based fulfilment partner. Because screens vary, the colour and tone you see on your device may differ slightly from the finished print. Edition sizes are stated on each product page and are fixed; once an edition sells out it will not be reprinted.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and payment has been taken. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced, out of edition, or cannot be fulfilled to the destination — in which case we will refund any payment in full.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We currently accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only.
5. Delivery
Production and shipping timescales are set out on the delivery page. Estimated dates are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellations & returns
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in full on the returns page. In short: prints are made to order, but damaged or faulty items will be replaced.
7. Intellectual property
All photographs, text, and design on this site remain the property of Seb Maher and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print gives you ownership of that physical print only — it does not transfer any copyright, and the work may not be reproduced, resold commercially, or used without written permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
