Who is responsible for your data

Seb Maher is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. If you have any questions about this policy or want to exercise your rights, contact us via the contact page.

What we collect

  • Order details — your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and the items you buy.
  • Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits of your card), but never your full card number.
  • Newsletter — if you sign up, your email address.

How we use it

We use your data to process and fulfil orders, to send order confirmations and updates, to respond to enquiries, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional newsletters. Our legal bases are the performance of our contract with you, your consent (for marketing), and our legitimate interest in running the shop.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Prodigi — our print and fulfilment partner, who receive your name, shipping address, email address and phone number to produce, dispatch and deliver your order.
  • Resend — sending transactional emails such as order confirmations.
  • Vercel & Neon — hosting and database infrastructure.

We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil legal and accounting obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies & local storage

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket is stored locally in your browser so it persists between visits; clearing your browser storage removes it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To make a request, contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
